This is the round 2 version obviously, I tried getting all of the private workouts from the forum but I couldn't find them all so I might be missing a gem. Feel free to voice your opinions.
2.2- TE Antonio Gates- Kent State 6'4" 255 lbs.
SKEW GIVEN:
87 SPD 59 AWR 81 AGI 83 ACC 81 CTH
What a gem Antonio Gates is here at the top of the 2nd round and an absolute abomination that he went to a division rival. He can top out at 93 SPD/ 87 AGI/ 89 ACC which would make him a unicorn in this league, there is no TE with that SPD in the league right now. He and Witten should have definitely been 1st round talents.
2.4- ILB Kawika Mitchell- USF 6'1" 253 lbs.
SKEW GIVEN:
88 SPD 75 STR 67 AWR 78 AGI 78 ACC 80 TAK
It was brought to my attention in the original mock that a GM really liked ILB Antwan Peek in round 1 and I agree. So I really like Mitchell at the top of round 2 who give or take has similar attributes. He should be able to play in any scheme fit with his size and ability and also comes as an above average tackler. Brent mentioned switching to a 3-4 and he would be starting alongside of him.
2.5- DE Earl Cochran- Alabama State 6'5" 287 lbs.
SKEW GIVEN:
87 SPD 65 STR 49 AWR 80 AGI 75 ACC 58 TAK
The Cowboys are having quite the draft so far but that doesn't surprise me, the draft seems to be Apolo's bread and butter. Cochran has elite traits and when all is said and done will have another unicorn in the league this time from a DE 93 SPD/ 86 AGI / 81 ACC. He does have some flaws for sure like the pedestrian AWR and TAK but I'm not so sure AWR manes much at the DE position, we'll find out though.
2.17- OLB Victor Hobson- Michigan 6'2" 245 lbs.
SKEW GIVEN:
83 SPD 68 STR 52 AWR 77 AGI 86 ACC 53 CTH 84 TAK
It was between Victor Hobson and CB Julian Battle when I picked right before the Saints but i went with the more pressing need at the moment. He is a scheme fit in any system with the possibility of 89 SPD/ 83 AGI/ 92 ACC which is top tier, so to get him in round 2 is outstanding value imo.
2.20- DT Jimmy Kennedy- Penn State 6'4" 323 lbs.
SKEW GIVEN:
79 SPD 85 STR 56 AWR 71 AGI 81 ACC 64 TAK
It's no surprise that the Cowboys and GM Apolo Shapiro had 1 hell of a draft so far at least in my eyes. Again we're about to see a 85 SPD/ 91 STR/ 77 AGI/ 87 ACC DT, yet another unicorn. He'll probably be more of a stud in a 4-3 due to the lack of STR but could be just as effective in the 3-4 with that SPD, it's an unknown but we could find out quickly.
