AFC East

1. New England Patriots
2. Buffalo Bills
3. New York Jets
4. Miami Dolphins

Analysis: I think that this division will belong to the New England Patriots for the forseeable future. Their have the most resolute team and while the Buffalo Bills were competitive last year, I don't see them winning this division. While we are still looking for a New York Jets GM, I do think it's more likely they come in third than the Miami Dolphins whom just have too many holes for me to feel comfortable giving them wins this season.

AFC North

1. Pittsburgh Steelers
2. Cincinnati Bengals
3. Cleveland Browns
4. Baltimore Ravens

Analysis: This is one of the divisions in the league that will have one of the biggest shake-ups. At top, it's quite obvious that the Pittsburgh Steelers will be at the top of the division behind their new signal caller. I do think the Cincinnati Bengals may be a bit upstart and provide us with a few surprise wins this season. I trust them more than the Cleveland Browns, whom have made some interesting moves. Lastly, I think the Baltimore Ravens regress heavily this season.

AFC South

1. Indianapolis Colts
2. Jacksonville Jaguars
3. Tennessee Titans
4. Houston Texans

Analysis: There are three contenders in this division, and it all comes down to how you think it will shake out. I do believe the defending champion Indianapolis Colts will win it again, as they have the most consistent roster. I do like the Jacksonville Jaguars to take second place, as I think their roster has improved more while the Tennessee Titans have regressed. The Houston Texans are young, but last place.

AFC West

1. Oakland Raiders
2. Denver Broncos
3. Kansas City Chiefs
4. San Diego Chargers

Analysis: I'm not really sure how this division will go. None of these teams seem geared to win "right now." At the end of it, I actually think the Oakland Raiders will have a good season and surprise a lot of people (I like their schedule). I do think the Denver Broncos will be chippy as well. I give the Kansas City Chiefs the benefit of not being last place, since they won the division in 2003. Last place it the San Diego Chargers who suffer due to trading away a young stud at QB.

AFC Playoff Seedings

1. Oakland Raiders
2. New England Patriots
3. Pittsburgh Steelers
4. Indianapolis Colts
5. Denver Broncos
6. Jacksonville Jaguars
