The Week 10 PFL Power Rankings:
ELITE
1. Denver Broncos – Undefeated (until week 16 anyway)… Peyton Manning, nothing else needs to be said!
2. St. Louis Rams – They haven’t beaten ANYONE over .500… week 12 should be a REAL test.
3. New England Patriots – Out of the gates slow [1-2]… but they have finally found their STRIDE!
Legit Contenders
4. Tennessee Titans - They haven’t beaten ANYONE over .500… week 11 should be a REAL test.
5. Philadelphia Eagles – Not sure anyone saw this team being this good and leading the NFC East?
6. San Diego Chargers – Ground attack is solid and hasn’t allowed any HB over 100.
7. Seatle Seahawks – Hasselbeck finishing his career STRONG.
Middle of the PACK
8. Minnesota Vikings – Getting cute with the QB position (Chiefs loss)… rumor has it, VY getting more starts.
9. Atlanta Falcons – Never know what version of QB Michael Vick you’re gonna get.
10. Washington Redskins – Another surprise team… mid-season and still in contention.
11. New York Jets – HUGE turn around [2-14 last season]… finishing above .500 would be HUGE!
12. Arizona Cardinals – the CARDIAC Cardinals have gone COLD of late [last 5 games are 1-4].
13. Dallas Cowboys – The defending Super Bowl Champions looked as though they were ready to run it back… since starting 3-0, the teams is 1-4 in it’s last 5.
14. Pittsburgh Steelers – The addition of WR Randy Moss isn’t hurting [780 yards with 10 TDs].
15. Kansas City Chiefs – The Chiefs have already won more games than last season [3-13].
16. Miami Dolphins – Under new Management… 1-0!!!
17. Indianapolis Colts – No longer Peyton’s Place… amazingly, the team still has a pulse (thanks to James).
18. San Francisco 49ers – The opening of the season definitely cast a stormy cloud over the 49ers… if the injuries can subside, this team might finish strong.
19. Jacksonville Jaguars – The rookie signal caller has a shot at OROY and having Ricky to carry the load can’t hurt.
Outside looking in
20. Houston Texans – Still looking for the winning formula in Houston.
21. Detroit Lions – SHOCKED… most had the Lions winning the NFC North.
22. Cincinnati Bengals – Only a game back… but, QB Carson is out until week 13.
23. New York Giants – Still a season or two away.
24. Carolina Panthers – Tripled last years win total already… and likely have the DROY on the roster.
25. Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Just snapped a 6 game losing streak… so anything is possible, right?
26. New Orleans Saints – Not there yet… Big Ben has shown some signs of legitimacy though.
There’s always next season
27. Buffalo Bills – They desperately need a QB (Boller has been out since week 1).
28. Cleveland Browns – Not a good football team/town… no identity.
29. Baltimore Ravens – They Ravens are looking at a losing record this season… ONLY Norbert can turn this around!
30. Chicago Bears – I could see the team winning half their remaining games and hurting their draft position.
31. Green Bay Packers – You know the season is over when the packers have a Trade Block with old over priced players.
32. Oakland Raiders – Calvin Johnson has been spotted in Oakland shopping for a house!
